Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Chief Technology Officer & GenAI Strategist to lead our technology division and drive the development of groundbreaking GenAI solutions tailored to the enterprise market. This dual-role position is designed for a seasoned professional who has previously excelled as a CTO and possesses significant experience in the banking, finance, law, or insurance industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technology teams, an in-depth understanding of GenAI applications, and the entrepreneurial spirit to innovate within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals, focusing on GenAI innovations for enterprise solutions.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of GenAI systems, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage deep industry knowledge in banking, finance, law, or insurance to tailor GenAI solutions that address specific challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-caliber technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technology strategies and initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial Leadership: Drive business growth through technological innovation, identifying new market opportunities and leading the company’s strategic direction in GenAI applications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a CTO, preferably in a software development company with a focus on GenAI technologies. Extensive experience in the banking, finance, law, or insurance industries is essential.
