Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals, focusing on GenAI innovations for enterprise solutions.
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of GenAI systems, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage deep industry knowledge in banking, finance, law, or insurance to tailor GenAI solutions that address specific challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-caliber technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technology strategies and initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership: Drive business growth through technological innovation, identifying new market opportunities and leading the company’s strategic direction in GenAI applications.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a CTO, preferably in a software development company with a focus on GenAI technologies. Extensive experience in the banking, finance, law, or insurance industries is essential.
